About the Role
The role is focused on the providing finance solutions to clients supporting their goals and dreams purchasing their cars, boats, trucks, bikes etc. Having access to 30 + lenders you can rest assured there will be a finance solution to fit the majority of borrowers in Australia. Don't be scared we are here to help train you to be the best that you can be in the industry.
You will be trained to understand a client’s finance goals and objectives and deliver suitable outcomes back to the client. You will have a sense of urgency in delivering these outcomes while maintaining a high standard of quality in your interview, client discovery and application process.
You will be:
- Conducting client face to face or virtual interviews
- Gaining a deep understanding of client needs and objectives
- Researching suitable policy and loans
- Communicating finance findings with recommended outcomes
- Packaging up quality loans ready to submit to loan administration team
- Orchestrating credit critical information and addressing any application discrepancies to obtain loan approval for your customer
- Build relationships with key strategic referral partners.
- Delivering an exceptional client experience ensuring your clients are up to date with highlight points on the loan
- Ability to extract referral business based on both your relationship building and finance capability skills
- Be comfortable using and adapting new technologies
- Have the ability to be coachable and increase knowledge, strategy and performance over time.
- Assisting client from A to Z for their financial need
